Nature Therapy Session
Talk therapy in a natural setting or Sylvotherapy/Forest Therapy. Location to be determined by physical ability and weather. Therapy may take place on a gentle walk in nature, or sitting underneath the canopy of a shady oak. This is only available in Burke and Catawba Counties of North Carolina at this time. Insurance or sliding scale available.
Workshops
A day-long workshop and a weekend experiential workshop is offered Friday-Sunday with varied outdoor activities, such as hiking, guided meditations, fire circles and camping. Dates, locations and fees vary. NEW DATES in 2025 to be published soon!
Individual Counseling/Telehealth
50 minute session via telehealth
Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, United Behavioral Health/UMR accepted in both, Florida and North Carolina. Sliding scale is available for uninsured clients.
